What is Nutrition Coaching?
Nutrition coaching is a personalised service designed to help you achieve your health and wellness goals through nutrition. As a nutrition coach, I work closely with my clients to develop sustainable eating habits, improve your relationship with food, and guide you towards optimal health.

Nutrition coaching can be a very affordable way of reaching your body composition goals. If you are focusing on weight loss, you can make some great progress without actually stepping into the gym. It really does start with what you’re feeding your body every day.
What is Flexible Eating?
Flexible eating means there are no “clean” foods and no “bad” foods. You do not have to deprive yourself from your favourite treats or restrict yourself from going out to eat with friends. Eating flexibly allows you to break the cycle of restricting and bingeing by creating healthy eating habits focused on balance and moderation. My approach allows you to tailor your nutrition to your specific goals while providing you with the flexibility to eat the foods you love.
Are your programs for those who only want to lose weight?
Absolutely not! At NutriGlow Coaching you get to choose your goals, they can be weight loss, muscle gain, weight maintenance, athletic performance or simply, more energy! My job is to help provide you with the support and strategies which will help you in achieving these.
How is NutriGlow Coaching different from other diets?
Unlike fad diets, NutriGlow Coaching focuses on sustainable, long-term health changes that are tailored to your unique needs. I aim to empower you with the knowledge and tools to make healthy choices without restriction. So no more “good” or “bad” foods, “clean” meals and “cheat” meals, and definitely no strict rules to follow.

How long does it take to see results?
Results vary based on individual goals, consistency, and commitment to the program. Many clients start noticing changes in energy levels and well-being within a few weeks, while long-term goals may take a few months.

How do I get started?
To get started, simply fill out an Application Form. You will then be directed to book a consultation call which will last 30 minutes, where we’ll discuss your goals and other information needed to create your personalised plan.
How much does it cost?
The pricing varies depending on the program and services you select. This will be discussed on the consultation call.
