NutriGlow Coaching specialises in one-on-one coaching designed to meet your nutritional needs and support your wellness journey. My programs feature regular check-ins to help you stay supported, motivated, and moving forward. Working on your nutrition can feel daunting. NutriGlow is a safe space, where everyone is welcome! Here you will feel respected and seen.

Personalised Assessment

It all starts with a thorough,  judgment-free conversation about your eating habits, lifestyle, health history, and goals, giving us the space to understand what’s working for you, and what you’d like to improve.

Goal Setting

From there, we’ll work together to set clear, realistic goals that actually fit your life. Whether your focus is weight changes, more energy, or simply feeling healthier day to day, the plan is built around what matters most to you.

Customised Nutrition Plans

Your nutrition plan will be fully personalised to support your goals, while fitting naturally into your lifestyle. From health considerations and dietary choices to food preferences and dislikes, everything is taken into account so nothing feels forced.

Ongoing Support and Accountability

This isn’t a one-off consultation — you’ll have ongoing support every step of the way. With regular check-ins, encouragement, and gentle adjustments, I help you stay accountable, build supportive habits, and make staying on track feel more manageable and sustainable.

A big part of NutriGlow Coaching is education. I’ll guide you through food and nutrition in a clear, practical way, helping you understand how your choices affect your body — so you feel confident making decisions for yourself.

Beyond food choices, NutriGlow Coaching focuses on mindset and behaviour change for the long term. This may involve addressing emotional eating, reshaping habits, and learning to approach food with more awareness and ease.

How It Works

Application Form

You’ll start by completing a short application form so I can understand your needs, goals, and whether we’re the right fit for each other.

Initial Consultation

We’ll have a relaxed, 30 minute in-depth conversation about your lifestyle, health history, and what you’d like to work towards.

Joining NutriGlow Coaching

If we decide to move forward together, you’ll officially join NutriGlow Coaching and secure your place.

Onboarding & Health Questionnaire

You’ll complete an onboarding form that helps me gather all the important details needed to personalise your support.

Goal Setting & Focus Areas

Together, we’ll set clear, realistic goals and decide what we’ll focus on first, based on what matters most to you.

Personalised Nutrition Plan Creation

I’ll create a nutrition plan tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and preferences, so it feels realistic and sustainable.

Programme Start & Check-Ins

Your programme begins with regular check-ins, support, and adjustments to help you stay on track and keep progressing.
